The plot follows the Platt family living in a quiet suburban neighborhood. After a mysterious cosmic event suddenly rips Oak Street from its surroundings and relocates it to an unknown, prehistoric environment, the family finds themselves stranded in a world filled with roaming dinosaurs of all sizes. To survive, they must stick together and navigate their terrifying new reality.
